If something doesn’t fit can I return it? You can return for an exchange of size, so long as it has been unwashed, unworn and with all tags attached. Please email us to find out the correct procedure. Check our returns policy for more information.
Can I get a refund if I change my mind? If you change your mind you will be offered a store credit note. There is no refund for changes of mind.
Do I have to pay for return shipping? Not for Australian residents. We are trialling a free exchange policy. If you bought an item that doesn’t fit please let us know. We will send you the correct size. We will not refund for a change of mind, but we definitely exchange for correct size or issue a credit note. All sale items are non refundable and only exchangeable if we have your correct size in stock. Please see our returns policy for more information.
What sizes do you cater for? Cadenza Apparel caters for primary school/youth/child size 6 – 12 and adult size 8 – 14. See the size guide here.
I can only see girls/women’s clothes for sale. Will you have boys/men’s clothes soon? Boys wear will be available in November 2019. Please keep checking back, or subscribe to our newsletter for updates on new launches.
Do I, or my child, have to be a musician to buy your clothes? Absolutely not! Anyone who needs good quality, nice, formal (yet comfortable) black clothes may purchase from Cadenza Apparel. We have made our clothes comfortable for musicians because they have certain requirements – like stretchy pants and long skirts and shirts and blouses that aren’t tight in the sleeves and back. But we think everyone would benefit from these clothes! So if you require black clothes for your catering or hospitality job, or sales job, and you want to look formal but feel comfortable, then you’ve come to the right place!
Do you have a shop or are you only available online? We are only available online at the moment.
Something is out of stock that I want to buy, what now? If something is out of stock that you wish to purchase please contact us at email@example.com. Generally once something is sold out that’s it, however if we have enough interest we will restock that product.
When can I expect my order? We endeavour to pack and dispatch all orders within 24 hours, and orders should arrive at their destination within 3-5 business days. Delivery time may vary depending on destination and we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as humanly possible. See Shipping for more info.
What about Duties and Taxes for International orders? Cadenza Apparel is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. International orders may be subject to import duties and/or taxes. These charges are applied when your package arrives in your country. Your order is shipped on a Delivery Duty Unpaid basis, Cadenza Apparel is not responsible for any import fees or duties on international orders. We are unable to estimate the amount of duties and taxes your package will incur as these charges are imposed directly by customs in your country.
